You will be responsible for ensuring that processes and systems are in place for the timely delivery of projects and that milestones, agreed with the client, are met.Key responsibilities include:Working as a team member on Projects and Programs Palladium Infrastructure has secured.Working within the infrastructure team to help identify opportunities to cross-sell Palladium Infrastructure services across the business e.g.
sustainability.Reporting the status and progress of Project milestones.Agreeing Project budgets (internally with Palladium Infrastructure) and external individual project budgets.Contributing to developing new clients and market areas, including expanding Palladium Infrastructure operations in Australia and overseas.Recording and monitoring expenditure on a monthly basis and identifying variances from budgets and reasons.Reviewing project quality register on a regular basis and agreeing mitigation plans for any issues raised, highlighting any major concerns to the Manager/Director where appropriate.About YouWith an understanding of the International Development sector or consulting Project Management industry, you will have the ability to adapt to ever-changing and fast-paced situations at work.
