What does the job look like?Linfox's Intermodal business unit is currently seeking highly motivated HC drivers to safely deliver various products from our Linfox rail operations based in Cairns QLD, to our customers locally within Cairns and some regional areas. As part of this role, you will be required to drive various trailers from tautliners to skel, completing full container loads to our customer stores. We currently have a casual opportunity available working Monday to Friday starting from 7:00am and finishing at 3:00pm. Key Areas:
Driving commitment to Linfox Safety Standards at all times and ensuring that Vision Zero is a daily focus.Complying with the Linfox coupling and uncoupling procedure plus the ability to work unsupervised.Able to assist in loading and unloading when required.Good knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and road transport legislation.Ability to communicate effectively with team members, managers, and customers on a day-to-day basis.Are you the one?If you are self-motivated and enjoy the day-to-day challenges, then this is the role for you.
