About the role Liontown Resources is seeking an experienced site-based IT Support Officer to join our Kathleen Valley Lithium Project team.
This role will be a permanent full-time opportunity working an 8/6 roster FIFO from Perth.
As the IT Support Officer, you will be responsible for delivering on-site technical support, addressing IT issues, maintaining local IT infrastructure, and ensuring consistent service delivery for site users.
Key Responsibilities Provide responsive on-site technical support to end-users.Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT and Communications Infrastructure and Systems.Collaborate closely with Central IT teams to promptly resolve issues.Conduct basic training sessions for end-users on organisational IT resources.Maintain comprehensive documentation of on-site IT procedures, infrastructure, configurations, and inventory.About you Certificate IV or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field will be highly regarded.Relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, MTA, MCSA, CCNA, or equivalent will be advantageous.C Class Driver's License will be required to drive on site.Minimum 2-3 years of technical support experience, in an on-site role within a mining or similar industrial setting.Proven experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, Exchange, and Teams.Familiarity with PowerShell Scripting, Automation, Microsoft Power Platform, Motorola MotoTRBO Digital Radio, and mining industry software is advantageous.Able to pass a Pre-Employment medical, National Police Clearance, and Drug and Alcohol screen.Why Liontown Our purpose is to find and develop lithium and other mineral deposits required to support the transition to a low-carbon future.
