As the Manager, you'll drive growth by developing and executing strategies to attract, engage, and convert high-quality leads through personalised, data-driven campaigns.
Working alongside the marketing, sales, and product teams, you'll create a seamless journey that moves prospects from awareness to acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation - Design multi-channel strategies across web, social media, email, and events.
Database Management - Build and maintain a database of high-quality prospects using CRM and automation tools.
Campaign Development - Collaborate to create engaging content, landing pages, and nurturing campaigns.
Performance Analysis - Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns, using insights to improve effectiveness.
About you:
8+ years in lead generation or digital marketing within B2C and B2B settings, preferably from financial services Proficient in martech and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Google Analytics) Strong analytical and communication skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Why Join?
