We are a specialised structural wall removal company. Our bread and butter work is Structural Wall Removal and small renovations. Our niche is complicated insitu structural modifications and large steel beam Installations. Our team mostly works in finished homes with an absolute focus on leaving the house clean, tidy and damage free.Role Overview:We're seeking an experienced Senior Roof Carpenter/supervisor/project manager to join our team in a hands-on leadership role. This position combines practical carpentry work with project management responsibilities, with the expectation that in the near future it will grow into a supervisor roll. requiring someone who excels both on the tools and in coordinating small residential projects.Key Responsibilities:Organise, manage and facilitate structural wall removal projects in residential settingsPerform skilled carpentry work, particularly roof modifications and structural alterationsManage on-site operations, including supervising team members and subcontractorsCoordinate material procurement and logisticsAssist with project estimation and schedulingMaintain high standards of workmanship, site cleanliness and overall quality control.Liaise with clients, management, and administrative staffPrepare and manage job files and documentation.Technical Skills & Experience Required:Qualified carpenter with extensive experience in WA residential constructionProven expertise in stick-built roof carpentryBasic knowledge of LVL beam work and roof restructuring and modificationProven leadership and team management abilitiesStrong project coordination and scheduling skillsExcellent attention to detail and quality controlProfessional presentation and customer service focusValid driver's licenseStrong commitment to workplace safety?
