How will your ideas contribute to shaping what's next? We are seeking an Associate - Rolling Stock Engineer to join our Perth Rail and Mass Transit team to work on rail projects across passenger and heavy haul.
Performing a key role within the Rail team, you will contribute to building the Rolling Stock capability in Perth as well as across Australia and New Zealand.
You will join a large, diverse, and highly skilled team in Western Australia, helping our clients 'bring ideas to life.

Lead production of technical deliverables across rail and mass transit projects.Collaborate with other disciplines to produce high-quality project deliverables for technically complex designs of railways and associated infrastructure.Develop and maintain client relationships at the project and local market level.Identify and win new business.What are we looking for from you? In addition to your experience in a similar engineering role as an Associate, you will also have:
An engineering qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics (all degrees considered).Demonstrated success in working as part of a team through all phases of complex projects, from pursuing an opportunity to project delivery in Australia.Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Significant experience in the design and modification of advanced rolling stock systems.Strong local knowledge and ability to identify new business leads and work with the Business Development team to win new work.Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders.Ready to bring ideas to life?
