Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and motivated Restaurant Manager to join and lead our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing all aspects of the restaurant's functionality.
The Restaurant Manager sets the standard for service expectations by scrutinizing every aspect of the guest's experience from start to finish, and personally intervenes to correct below standard service issues and positively coaches and counsels staff to achieve the highest quality of service in all areas of the restaurant.
Full job description: Managing all operational aspects of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house operationsSupervising staff, providing training, scheduling shifts, and ensuring high performanceEnsuring the highest standards of customer service and resolving any issues or complaintsOverseeing stock management, placing orders, and maintaining inventory levelsWorking with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and food qualityPlanning new menus and special dishes with chefsCreating and managing the restaurant's budget, analyzing financial data, and improving profitabilityDeveloping and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customersEnsuring compliance with health, safety, and food regulationsMonitoring restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standardsHandling daily administrative tasks such as payroll, performance reviews, and reports Required Qualification and Experience: At least 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership roleDiploma or higher in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field Required Knowledge and Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilitiesExperience in managing restaurant operations and teamsKnowledge of Chinese cuisine or Asian hospitality will be highly regardedExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in managing budgets, inventory, and staff rostersPassion for customer service and creating memorable dining experiences If you are an enthusiastic, hands-on manager who thrives in a busy restaurant environment and has a passion for hospitality, we would love to hear from you
