Prime Video (PV) is a digital video streaming and download service that offers Amazon customers the ability to rent, purchase or subscribe to a huge catalog of content. Movies range from new releases to classic favorites, and PV also offers major television shows, entire seasons, and day after air TV. Amazon's video subscription offer service includes tens of thousands of movies and TV episodes selected from the full assortment available at Prime Video. In short, PV offers content in multiple formats and offer types for our customers to access and enjoy both their favorite shows and explore new titles.The PV Partner Operations Management team is looking for a bright, customer obsessed, motivated, and creative individual to join our team. As a Catalog Specialist, you will work with Operations Account Managers to ensure the quality of the catalog meets our high bar and drives an exceptional Customer Viewing Experience. You will perform operational tasks related to streaming video content on Prime Video per our requirements and policy to ensure the quality of our video catalog.Key Job ResponsibilitiesThe primary responsibility of this role is to perform various tasks under general supervision related to metadata and content for video catalog quality. This could involve tasks such as checking and/or fixing metadata, performing quality checks on content, validating image quality, performing checks on user experience and related tasks. The associate will be required to use software and/or tools for viewing, capturing and fixing data on a daily basis. The tasks will be primarily repetitive in nature and will require the individual to make judgment-based decisions based on the guidelines provided in the Standard Operating Procedures. The individual will also need to be able to raise a flag depending on the situation, for example, functionality concerns of the tool.Qualifications?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????(MS Office?????????????????)Microsoft Excel??????(vlookup?pivot??????????????????????)???????????????????????????????Firestick?Fire TV?Apple TV?Roku TV?????????????- Good Communication- Native level fluency in Japanese- Able to read and write in English and communicate in real-time.- Sound knowledge of computers and software (MS Office, online tools and related skills)- Microsoft Excel knowledge is mandatory (vlookup, pivot, basic formula & knowledge in shortcut keys)- Basic Analytical and Logical Reasoning Skills- Knowledge of streaming video- Some knowledge or interest with devices such as Firestick, Fire TV, Apple TV, Roku TV etc.
