About us Jacaranda Early Education is a beautiful, purposely built childcare service located in Biggara Waters on the Gold Coast.
We place practical importance on early childhood education and care.
In line with our philosophy, we are looking for a candidate who strongly believes in relationships with families and the ability to provide an environment rich in learning and a sense of identity to each individual child.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Toddler Care Leader to lead and implement effective and pedagogical programming, and support and guide our children to ensure a high-quality educational program is delivered.
The ideal applicant will have: • Well-organized and excellent time management skills • Willingness to learn and share skills and knowledge • Sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQS and being able to use this knowledge to implement an age-appropriate program • Skills in managing children's behaviour and guiding their social and emotional development • Genuine interest in fostering strong relationships with our children, family, and community to create a supportive and inclusive environment • Minimum one year experience as Toddler Care Lead in Early Childhood settings • Experience preparing and conducting activities for children, including reading, games, and recreational pursuits, while supervising their participation and ensuring safety • Competence in supervising children's daily routines, including hygiene practices, meals, and rest periods • Assisting in the preparation and organization of materials, resources, and equipment required for children's education and recreational activities • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
