Warragul, West Gippsland & Latrobe Valley VICNursing - General Medical & Surgical (Healthcare & Medical)12 Months Fixed Term commencing March 2025Nurses and Midwives Enterprise Agreement - Enrolled Nurse Level 2.3 (IB68)_____________________________________________________________________________________________Exciting opportunities have arisen to join the West Gippsland Healthcare Group team in the Enrolled Nurse Graduate program for 2025.Our 2025 program includes positions within Aged Care and Sub Acute and Acute settings, operating across West Gippsland Hospital and Andrews House (Trafalgar) where we offer interesting, challenging and well-supported opportunities throughout the Graduate Program.
The initial areas of focus include Aged Care and Sub-Acute, with the potential for future opportunities in the Medical, Surgical, and Day Surgery units as part of subsequent rotations.Our preferred candidates must have:Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of AustraliaQualification in Diploma of Nursing (HLT54115)Completion of HLT54115 studies during the 2024 academic yearNot previously participated in a Graduate Nurse ProgramBe either a Victorian trained Nursing Graduate (citizen/permanent resident), a current Victorian resident or an Australian interstate-trained Nursing Graduate (citizen/permanent resident)Availability to commence the program on Monday 31st March 2025About our organisationThe West Gippsland Healthcare Group is a customer-focused health organisation providing acute medical and surgical, obstetric, emergency, residential care and community health services to 45,000 people in the rural, urban residential, agricultural and industrial areas located within the Baw Baw Shire and beyond.
