Job DescriptionThis role involves traveling to multiple clients per day, supporting them in their own homes.
You will be required to follow care plans to assist with tasks such as showering and personal care, medication prompts, meal preparation, hoisting/transfers, social support, respite, and domestic assistance.
Preferred availability is between 7am to 8pm weekdays and weekends, and interested candidates must be available for a minimum of twenty hours per week or more.
Work close to home with consumers located across the entire Perth metropolitan area.Ongoing training and development with clear opportunities for progression.24/7 access to our Employee Assistance Program.Access to discounted corporate health cover.Above Award hourly rate with 25% casual loading.Potential to convert to permanent part-time employment.Desired Skills and ExperienceTo join the White Oak family, you require: Cert III Individual Support / Aged Care (for Personal Care services)NDIS Worker Screening CheckA minimum of 6 months experience in an aged care support or similar fieldA valid WA driving licenceReliable, roadworthy vehicle with registrationWhile we do encourage Covid vaccination of our employees, this is not a requirement.
