Talenza has been engaged to source a Senior Business Analyst to join a key regulatory transformation program.
Experience required:
8+ years experience as a Business Analyst within transformation programs Extensive banking or wider financial services experience Experience with the following:Software delivery program experience Financial crime, operational risk, wider regulatory or similar program (end-to-end) experience Eliciting requirements from business and technology teams (must) Demonstrated experience problem solving autonomously within a complex environment.
Demonstrated experience in Agile project management tools Ability to work with ambiguity and with a range of different stakeholders including both technology and business Strong communication skills including solid experience working with business stakeholders What's in it for me?

Day rate & contract length: $900 - $950 + super, 12M contract with likely extension.
Work arrangements: 2-3 days/week in the CBD office.
Work rights: Candidate must be based in Greater Sydney and have full work rights.
