Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be based at our Alice Springs store in a role that can offer you career growth opportunities.Leveraging your diverse skills and experience, you will take responsibility for:Leading, mentoring, and empowering staffEnsuring compliance and safe work practicesDriving sales targets and business initiativesEnsuring the provision of superior service deliveryRecognising and pro-actively driving continuous improvementAbout youYou can demonstrate effective influencing and leadership skills with the determination to drive exceptional service delivery and strengthen Bridgestone's position as a market leader.
You are also able to effectively manage relationships by building rapport quickly whilst engaging with key stakeholders.
Your commitment to health and safety is essential.Qualifications and Experience:Tyre fitting and/or mechanical experience (desirable).Strong oral and written communication.Problem-solving skills.Experience in leading, managing, and motivating staff.Exceptional time management and organisational skills.Knowledge of the tyre industry will assist your transition into this career-defining role; however, it is not essential.
