Respecting the rights of their clients to make choices about reproductive and sexual health, they treat each and every person with respect, dignity, and understanding.Their vision for all people to have high-quality reproductive and sexual health and a purpose of providing specialised services has led them to promote the rights of marginalised people not just in Australia but also in developing countries.The OpportunityReporting directly to the Director of People, Culture and Support Services, this brand-new opportunity as Manager Digital and Cyber Services will lead and oversee the provision of FPA Digital Strategy, Cyber Security Strategy, and ICT services.
As a key advisory member to the Executive team and CEO, the successful candidate will assist in guiding the future direction of digital services and technology.
The Manager will ensure that FPA systems meet business plans and support capability uplift in digital skills across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesDriving implementation of FPA's Digital and Cyber Security program including holding and managing vendor and supplier contracts.Direct, lead, and support the broader team to improve capability uplift.Thinking critically to provide strategic and expert advice regarding all technological aspects of FPA.Leading the research, development, transformation, and recommendation for ICT options and solutions.Developing an integration of ICT systems internally to improve system optimisation.Keeping abreast of current technological advancements.About YouWe are seeking an experienced Manager who has a strong background in service optimisation and integration.
You will have an appreciation of working for a community services provider and a desire to make a positive impact.With proven experience in delivering transformative change, the successful candidate will have:Experience in development and implementation of ICT strategies and policies within a geographically dispersed organisation.A background in project management and planning and reporting to Executives and Boards.An ability to engage with vendors and establish relationships with external providers.Proven knowledge and understanding of a contemporary business environment and topical trends within the market.Capability to provide system and support services across a geographically dispersed portfolio.Flexibility with your approach to problem-solving complex solutions.Demonstrated appreciation of the values of FPA including pro-choice and a commitment to reproductive justice.What's on OfferThis is an exciting opportunity to join a highly impactful community services provider and utilise your digital and transformation skills to implement a new digital and cyber security strategy.
