Lumus Imaging is looking for a Head of Cyber Security to join our team and drive our security strategy, operations, and innovation.

About the Role
As the Head of Cyber Security, reporting to the Chief Information Officer, you will oversee and safeguard Lumus' security infrastructure and operations.
Leading a high-performing team of cyber security professionals, you will develop and implement thorough strategies to protect our systems, ensure compliance, and foster a culture of security awareness.

What your day will look like:
Strategic Leadership: Lead and mentor a cyber security team while driving a strategy aligned with Lumus' goals.
Security Operations: Oversee daily operations, including incident response, threat monitoring, and vulnerability management.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure regulatory adherence and conduct risk assessments to mitigate potential threats.
Education and Awareness: Promote a culture of security awareness through effective training programs.
Incident Response: Plan and coordinate swift and effective responses to security incidents.
About you:
Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cyber Security, IT, or a related field, with 5+ years of leadership experience in cyber security.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are highly desirable.
Expertise in cyber security principles, technologies, and industry standards, with a proven ability to develop strategies and manage security operations.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as NIST and SOCI.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for creating secure and innovative healthcare solutions.
