We are also a proud member of the Mortgage and Financial Services Association of Australia and the Finance Brokers Association of Australia.The RoleHFS are currently looking for a confident, driven, motivated and intelligent individual, who is extremely personable and excels in multi-tasking and negotiation skills in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, on a full-time basis.Lead generating through access to open homes and an extensive existing databaseA presence at open homes to increase business and brand awareness to potential clientsCompletion of loan applications processMortgage complianceManaging all general administrative dutiesClient relationship managementWeekly and monthly KPI'sAttending all company meetings and eventsSystems and platforms including and not limited to: Agentbox and SalesforceThe CandidateCurrent Driver's LicenseCert IV – Mortgage Broking / Diploma in Mortgage BrokingAFCA MembershipWorking in Australia rightsPrevious mortgage broking experience within the Real Estate industrySuperior customer service skills and high ability to build rapport with clientsExceptional organisation and prioritising skillsImpeccable communication skills, both verbal and writtenWorks well under pressure and multi-tasks wellFast learner and adapts easily to changeConfidence – assertive yet professional and friendlyStrong attention to detailStrong follow-up and administration skillsThe ability to thrive within a professional and fast-paced environmentMust be able to present corporately at all timesIf you have the experience and passion to succeed in this position, and satisfy the above requirements, please apply immediately.
