Virgin Active & Fitness First + moreOpportunities for personal development in ANZ through successionOpportunities across our global group of high-end luxury brands within LVMHUp to $29.04/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loadingThe opportunity:As the Stockroom Manager in Sephora, you are the Inventory Controller and you are fundamental to our business to ensure accurate and appropriate levels of stock are maintained to meet customer demand; whilst additionally ensuring that all products and marketing/animation collateral are properly stored.Your responsibilities include:Driving scheduled cycle counts to make informed decisions on stock adjustments.Utilising and interpreting data and reports to support operational duties to reduce shrinkage loss.Monitoring and investigating negative stock levels and following up with the store team as necessary.Implementing a continuous improvement mentality through coaching and working in partnership with the Senior Management team.Serving as the point of contact for distribution and organization of stock levels.Training and educating the wider team on shrinkage and back-of-house policies.Processing and replenishing the arrival of stock and managing returns.This opportunity would be well suited to a motivated individual that is proactive and enjoys a fast-paced position integral to the efficiency of the business.Reporting Line:Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and District Inventory Operations LeadWe want to hear from you if:You are open to working a 38hr rotating roster to support store needs.You have previous retail stock management experience.You are proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint & SAP (desirable).You have a suitable level of physical fitness to lift and shift boxes weighing up to 15kg.You have a drive for results with a history of exceeding sales targets.You're passionate about excellent client service and experiential retail.You have a passion for maintaining a positive culture where everyone is valued.Please keep in mind when considering a role at Sephora that each of our stores have their own individual needs.
