About the role:
You will be accountable for the clinical and operational management of the home, maintaining high occupancy levels and leading a truly passionate and dedicated team committed to delivering high quality, safe and caring resident experiences.
About you: Degree in Nursing with current AHPRA registrationSignificant experience as a Residential Manager in Aged Care highly desirableProven success in growing and maintaining high occupancyDemonstrated commitment to quality, safety and a broad knowledge of ANACC and AccreditationDemonstrated ability to effectively lead, develop and inspire staffExcellent written and verbal communication skillsRespect, empathy and a passion for aged careWhy join the Menarock Family?
