Established presence with over 25 years of industry expertise Engaging work environment with a variety of project and client types Mid-tier setting devoid of bureaucracy, fostering a collaborative atmosphere Opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team dynamic Conveniently located modern office facilities Competitive salary package ranging from $130k to $160k Plus Super The Responsibilities Proficiency in advanced computer-aided calculation and modelling skills, including Microsoft and Autodesk suites (Revit, Navisworks, etc.).
Continual professional development and enhancement of Revit/BIM skills.
Detailed understanding of relevant Australian standards, NCC, and building regulations.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to cultivate and maintain interpersonal and client relationships.
Passion for Building Services Engineering.
Efficient management of costs and project timelines.
Attendance at client meetings and site visits.
The Skills Minimum six years of experience in the building services industry.
Technical proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Camel, and the MS Office Suite.
Relevant tertiary engineering qualification.
RPEQ and/or CPEng (or working towards) certification.
