The QLD business covers portfolios including asphalt surfacing, materials manufacturing, bitumen spray sealing, civil construction, pavement stabilisation and laboratory services. Our fixed plant locations are state-wide including Ormeau, Stapylton, Cedar Creek, Geebung, Narangba, Toowoomba, and various other sites across Queensland.As part of the role, you will be required to provide support in maintaining and working on electrical components across fixed asphalt plants, fixed building facilities, bitumen blending plants, as well as support to our fleet of various road construction machinery assets and mobile plants.Key Responsibilities:Breakdown support and maintenance at production facilities and upgrade electrical equipment at production facilities.Assist with efficiency analysis of electrical installations at production facilities.Coordination of external suppliers and administration work required to record completion of works against assets using Fulton Hogan systems.Management of internal testing and inspections as required.Assisting with training of electrical apprentices.What you will need:Trade qualification Queensland electrical licence - Mechanic or Filter - Mechanic with a minimum of 4 years of experience as a maintenance or industrial electrician and proven experience in a manufacturing environment.Ability to travel to support our regional depots across North Queensland.W.P. above 11m or must be able to maintain | Working at Heights or must be able to maintain | LV Rescue / CPR (Training available for all)Strong attention to detail, the ability to influence and promote a safety culture, and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.Strong troubleshooting skills, knowledge of electrical systems and a positive attitude and commitment to workplace safety.Current Drivers Licence.The pre-employment process will involve a medical check including drug and alcohol screening.If our REAL values resonate with you, please submit an application for the position.If you're not sure that you meet 100% of the selection criteria, that's okay, we would still like to hear from you and potentially discuss how your skills could be utilised at Fulton Hogan.We celebrate and embrace diversity across our business and are committed to equal employment opportunities.We believe in the value that diversity brings to our team and people who share our REAL values are encouraged to apply.About UsWe are driven by fresh ideas and opportunities.
