About the Role The Senior Director, Engagement Management, a key member of the delivery leadership team, leads an organization of Engagement Managers who focus on deploying the portfolio of Workday applications and is accountable for the success of the customers within their project portfolio. This individual collaborates with other teams in Services, Sales, and Partner organization to secure the best experience for our customers. Joining efforts with the Sales teams to win new business with new and existing customers is also a key responsibility. This role reports to the Vice President of Professional Services (APJ). Key objectives for the role are: team development, customer satisfaction and portfolio deployment health.
About You Basic Qualifications 5+ years experience in software consulting services10+ years of project management experience, with experience in running a growing deployment portfolio and preferable in cloud solutions4+ years managing a team of resourcesOther Qualifications Experience as Executive Sponsor on project deployments5+ years experience in one or more of the following: HCM, Payroll or Financial Software applicationsAbility to present complex technology concepts to c-level executives in an understandable wayExcellent communication and presentation skillsWillingness to 'roll up one's sleeves' and assist wherever neededPromote a positive and inclusive working environmentEffectively collaborate across teamsAccurately estimate effort and resources required to complete projectsExperience with managing a consulting services P&LOur Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we're combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote 'home office' roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
