Our evolution has been significant, growing from a small joint venture to a thriving ASX-listed property group that leads the way in sustainability, innovation, safety and placemaking.Our OpportunityWe have an opportunity for a Senior Development Manager to join our Master-planned Communities team working on the Mulgoa community project, which is approximately 1,200 lots, including 900 land lots and 300 Mirvac built spec homes, riparian corridor, community centre, public playgrounds, and major infrastructure.You will be involved with the planning, delivery, and sales phase of the first stages, and DA, civil design, and civil construction phases of the remaining stages, open space and infrastructure delivery, and delivery of the sales office and commencement of sales.You will also play a key role with Capital Partnering requirements, including a proposed Planning Proposal for the adjoining Mulgoa Quarries site.The project team is small in size, and as the Senior Development Manager, you will take responsibility for leading the project delivery and team professional development.Your point of differenceYou must have demonstrated master-planned community development experience through planning, delivery, and sales phases. Your commercial, legal, and financial acumen will be of a high standard, and you will have a strong understanding of value management.You will have a strong portfolio of management skills, including project and people.
