Develop a talent acquisition strategy that breaks traditional boundaries, tailored to attract quality candidates in today's competitive labour market.
Build and manage talent pipelines for specialised roles, focusing on Education (Teachers), Corporate, Higher Education (Lecturers), Infrastructure, and Project Management.
Champion Melbourne Polytechnic as an Employer of Choice by delivering innovative recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
Empower and upskill Hiring Managers in best-practice recruitment techniques.
Lead and inspire a dedicated team of two direct reports while making a meaningful impact on our organisational growth.
What You Bring
You are a seasoned professional with:
Extensive recruitment expertise and a proven knack for identifying and engaging exceptional talent.
Technical knowledge of HR systems (experience with Chris21/ichris & ER21 is a plus)
and the ability to implement creative solutions for sourcing challenges.
A passion for fostering diversity and inclusion in all recruitment practices.
A forward-thinking mindset to craft strategies that enhance candidate experience and reduce time-to-hire.
