About your Role Hastings Deering is currently recruiting for a Operations Systems and Process Advisor, located at our Brisbane Head Office.
This is a 12 month maternity leave cover - Monday to Friday role.
As an Operations and Process Systems Advisor, you will:
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the Service Operations function by supporting the service processes in the Microsoft AX 2021 ERPBe involved with resolving service related process issuesLiaise with various key internal stakeholders for the ongoing provision of knowledge transfer, education and supportWork with stakeholders to understand and document ERP processes including mapping business roles as defined by the ERP as well as communicate messages to the business as requiredEngage with stakeholders to resolve issues and provide knowledge transfer as well as identifying learning and development needsProvide support to operations with optimization of ERP system to overcome inefficienciesProvide accurate and timely reporting on process/issues and develop corrective action plans for issuesManage and monitor risks and report on risk action plansDrive implementation of change and change management activitiesAbout You Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business Management, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent experienceUnderstanding of project management and business process designDemonstrated experience liaising with various internal stakeholders and building solid working relationshipsAbout our Benefits A rewarding career with diverse opportunitiesA competitive remuneration packageFlexible workingSalary Continuance InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program for employees and their familiesDiscounts on private health, vehicles, travel and moreA culture of inspiration, innovation, collaboration and executionOngoing training & support to further your careerFree on-site parkingAnnual salary reviewsHow to Apply If you are looking for a new role with endless career opportunities within an organisation who truly cares about their employees, then look no further and apply now.
