Suncorp has an exciting opportunity for a Learning Advisor to join the Commercial Property Claims team.
This role will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and administration of the Learning Governance Framework.
This role will also take the lead in the design and coordination of Commercial Claims relevant learning solutions as well as onboarding programs which align with the Commercial Claims strategy.
What you'll do Support and implement a sustainable Learning Governance Framework.
Develop and design learning solutions and onboarding programs.
Facilitate Commercial Claims training programs.
Support career pathways and capability uplift initiatives.
Create and facilitate workshops, meetings, and showcases with stakeholders to design and deliver appropriate solutions, maintaining engagement throughout initiatives and activities.
Manage Commercial Claims' participation in ANZIIF learning modules and events.
What you'll bring 3 years' experience in insurance or financial services.
Demonstrated experience in the management of frameworks and governance or within a related field.
Experience in developing and designing learning solutions is desirable.
Demonstrated technical facilitation experience is desired.
Experience in classroom and virtual instructor-led training is desired.
Strong focus on positive customer experiences and ethical decision-making.
Effective time management and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to gaining new skills.
Ability to role model claims behaviours, work collaboratively across stakeholders of all levels, and communicate superbly in writing.
