We're looking for a motivated and experienced Educational Leader to join our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) team at Jabiru Spring Mountain and inspire the next generation through engaging, innovative learning experiences.
Why This Role is a Game Changer : Be a True Educational InfluencerAs an Educational Leader in OSHC, you're a creative educator, designing and implementing programs that enhance children's learning, social skills and overall well-being outside of traditional school hours.
You also play a pivotal role in training and mentoring fellow educators, ensuring they deliver engaging and effective programs.
You will become a role model, creating an atmosphere that fosters curiosity, critical thinking and play-based learning.Lead, Inspire and TrainNot only will you lead by example, but you'll guide and train educators to become the best they can be.
