As a Cook - Buffet Runner, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the buffet area for our restaurants in order to provide a consistent, high-quality product and ensure courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service.
ResponsibilitiesMonitor food levels and replenish items on the buffet as needed.Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations.Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment after service.Setup and maintain the buffet area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and visually appealing.Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items as directed by the Chef de Cuisine.QualificationsA successful candidate will have:
Previous experience in kitchen or buffet setting preferred.Basic knowledge of food safety.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.A career with Hyatt opens a world of opportunities.
