About the roleWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Gold Class Manager to join our team at Event Cinemas Robina.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and staff of our premium Gold Class cinema experience.
Based in Robina, Queensland, this position offers a unique opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and drive exceptional customer service within a premier entertainment environment.

Experience in a similar management role within the hospitality or entertainment industryStrong leadership and people management skills, with a proven track record of developing and motivating teamsExcellent customer service orientation and a passion for delivering memorable experiencesStrong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with customers and stakeholdersAdaptability and problem-solving skills to address operational challengesPassion for the cinema and entertainment industryIf you believe that you are this person, we need to speak
