About Us PIL Australia is a dynamic Shipping Agency business, representing carriers Pacific International Lines (PIL) and Mariana Express Lines in Australia.
Part of the Singapore based Pacific International Lines Group, PIL AU has been offering regular liner services across all major ports in Australia, for over 30 years.

About the Role About the Role We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious Customer Service Officer to support our team in Brisbane in a full-time, 6-month fixed term role .
You will join a friendly and supportive team that has a wealth of industry experience and is dedicated to delivering amazing customer service and will support your professional growth and career.
As a Customer Service Officer, you will work to support our local customer service team.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will maintain and develop relationships with our clients, while assisting them with their enquiries and helping to complete their bookings.
You will also assist in ensuring their documentation is accurate, compliant, and lodged with the relevant authorities and systems by their deadlines.
To be successful in this role you will:
Be an excellent communicator over email and phone Have a passion for delivering world-class customer service.
Be well organised and adept at managing your time Have experience in meeting deadlines whilst maintaining a strong attention to detail.
Enjoy working both in a team and independently.
Have basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office 365.
Have a general interest and knowledge of the shipping and logistics industry.
Prior experience is highly desirable, but not essential
