IPAA Victoria is looking for a Manager, Member Engagement to play a key role in enhancing relationships, engagement and identify new business development opportunities. Working closely with our Senior Leadership team, and managers of L&D and marketing and communications, the position will bring initiative to enhancing member value, engagement and experiences.About the businessIPAA Victoria is the peak professional association for the public purpose sector. We connect, empower and celebrate Victoria's public purpose sector with innovative professional development programs, thought leadership events, networking opportunities and leadership awards. We represent the interests of all levels of government and sections of tertiary education, not-for-profit, business and community sectors. Our employees are able to build strong networks, design and deliver high quality programs and events and explore the latest thinking and research on current issues relevant to the sector.About youYou are enthusiastic about the member experience and how you can leverage feedback and information to improve services, products, activities and experiences for members.You have the gravitas to build relationships at all levels, and enjoy working in partnership with people to grow enduring relationships that provide mutual benefit.You are business savvy and enjoy the practice of employing business development tactics to increase new memberships and engage current members through new and existing offerings.You thrive on meeting challenges, targets, collaborating to create new opportunities and using insights to inform improvements to membership engagement and experiences.You are passionate about working in or alongside the public purpose sector.About the positionThis position will be at the forefront of engaging with members to maximise mutual value and drive new and exciting member offerings and experiences, and will include (but not limited to):Leading the maintenance, support and growth of members and their relationships with IPAA Victoria;Influencing the delivery of connected, enhanced and refreshed events and programs based on member needs, experiences and feedback;Driving account management through analysis, planning, execution and use of customer relationship software tools, project management tools and reporting;Participating in and representing IPAA Victoria at a range of Victorian industry forums, working groups and member events and programs;Being the conduit between marketing, business development and member events and programs to shape targeted and improved member offerings.IPAA Victoria provides a supportive and stimulating working environment and a commitment to developing employees at all levels.
