Senior L3 IT Technician/Engineer - Seeking an MSP Champion
We are seeking an experienced IT all-rounder with advanced IT skills and outstanding customer service.
Your role will play a crucial part in our Managed IT services senior team.Your role will primarily involve:Projects: Planning, coordinating, and executing small to large sized projects.Support: Onsite & remote IT support for our client base, primarily in Victoria.Training & Development: Utilise your experience to help mentor & develop our L1's & L2's.
Undertake client-side technology training and tutorial sessions, help promote business cyber security awareness.You will be working in a fast-paced environment, requiring you to think on your feet and work on many different tasks throughout the day.
You need to have impeccable attention to detail, be approachable, organised, professional, have excellent communication, time management, and troubleshooting skills.The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
MSP experience is preferred and highly regarded.Technical knowledge and skills highly regarded:Microsoft Windows Server.Microsoft Windows Desktop.Backup & security technologies.Solid networking including enterprise firewalls.PC software & hardware troubleshooting.Experience with MSP technology stacks.Thorough documentation skills.Proven ability to deliver IT projects, exceeding customer expectations.This is a full-time position and occasional after-hours work may be required.We are ideally looking for a hybrid team member who can work from home 3 days per week, and our office in Warragul, 2 days per week.
We are very flexible in arrangements for the right candidate.
