We are on the lookout for an exceptional Assistant Store Manager to join our Retail Prodigy Group family and play a key role in driving the success of our Nike Store in Indooroopilly.

Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Lead and inspire teams to achieve excellence, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of business strategies to drive growth and profitability. Operational Excellence: Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness in all areas of responsibility, meeting or exceeding performance metrics. Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop a diverse team of talented individuals, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment. Customer Focus: Prioritise customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional products and services, aligning with Nike's commitment to quality and innovation. Preferred Candidate Attributes: Brand Alignment: We're looking for individuals who share our passion and enthusiasm for Nike and align to the company's values. Ability to Provide the Ultimate Customer Experience: Demonstrated skills in creating positive and memorable customer interactions. Full Time availability including late night trade and weekend hours.
