Novated leasing, Corporate Health Insurance, Gym Memberships +++ Flexibility around Full or Part Time- you can select the hours and days you would like to work Layers upon layers of support and supervision for all levels Passionate and uplifting culture – You will be part of a purpose and values driven team focused on delivering outstanding service to our NDIS participants The role : We love nothing more than seeing our participants achieve their goals, we live and breathe capacity building and hope to empower participants by: Using a strengths-based approach to guide our assessment, goals and ultimately our intervention, We use a combination of standardised and non-standardised assessments, curated to the participants needs to guide our clinical reasoning, Delivering much needed Physiotherapy interventions to participants within the setting best matched to their goals, that could be at school, at home, work or in the community, and Collaborating with our local multi-disciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Behaviour Support Practitioners and Psychologists.
