Senior Project Manager – Education & Health Projects
Are you a seasoned project management professional with a passion for delivering impactful education projects?
Do you excel in managing complex construction phases in a consultancy environment?
If so, we invite you to join our team and lead the design management and delivery of school & health projects.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of the design management, delivery and construction phases of various school & health projects.
Your expertise will ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of education projects.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve client objectives.Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and school representatives, to ensure alignment and effective communication.Monitor construction progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to address challenges.Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety standards, and quality requirements.Provide regular progress updates and reports to clients and senior management.Mentor and guide junior project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Extensive experience in project management, with a strong focus on education and health sector projects.Proven track record of managing full project lifecycle including the design, delivery of construction phases of large-scale developments.Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to navigate complex project challenges with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.Relevant tertiary qualifications in project management, construction, architecture, engineering, or a related field.If you're ready to take the lead on transformative education projects and thrive in a dynamic consultancy environment, we want to hear from you.
