With a collaborative, hands-on approach, this role will see you lead teams across digital, traditional marketing, social media, and creative, to drive impactful strategies.
You'll ensure alignment with business goals while mentoring a diverse team of passionate marketing and creative professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Drawing on your toolkit of experience, here is what you will be doing: Overseeing the development and execution of brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all channels.Fostering strong relationships with other departments, including the exec leadership team, operations, and customer service, to ensure cohesive brand execution.Staying updated on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
Propose innovative strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive growth.Providing strategic direction to the marketing team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Developing data-driven marketing strategies that leverage in-store, digital, and event channels to engage customers and drive growth.
Providing reports when needed.Identifying market opportunities and trends, and adjust strategies accordingly to stay ahead of the competition.Ensuring consistent and cohesive brand communication that resonates with our target audience.Setting clear performance goals and provide regular feedback and development opportunities.Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.Identifying and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations that align with our brand and expand our reach.About You: As a strong communicator with a deep understanding of marketing and customer engagement, we'll value your ability to innovate, boost engagement, and deliver results.
Your passion and proven experience in building high-performing, creative teams enable you to inspire growth and excellence through a holistic approach, while leveraging technology elevate customer experience.
Further to that, our ideal candidate will have: 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a senior leadership role.
Experience in the toy or education industry is advantageous, but not a must.A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to team management and project oversight.Results-oriented, adaptable, and innovative in addressing marketing challenges.Effective relationship and stakeholders' management skills, both internally and externally.A proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive measurable results.Strong understanding of in-store, digital, and event marketing best practices.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Experience managing multiple teams.If the above resonate with you apply now
