Your Role There is no typical working week at Flybuys.
Here are some of the things you will be working on:
Receive and respond to routine requests for security support, maintaining records and advising relevant persons of actions taken.Respond to security threats, attacks, and similar events, investigating any security breaches and supporting investigations of suspected attacks.Monitor day-to-day activities for unusual behavior, implement defensive protocols, and report incidents that arise.Document incident and event information, producing incident, exception, and management reports.Collaborate with other members of the security team to develop new protocols and layers of protection against cybercriminals.Undertake low-complexity routine vulnerability assessments using automated and semi-automated tools.Contribute to documenting the scope and evaluating the results of vulnerability assessments.Perform routine threat intelligence gathering tasks.Transform collected information into a data format for operational security activities.Clean and convert quantitative information into consistent formats.Review actual or potential fraudulent behavior, ensuring prompt and thorough investigations.Investigate fraudulent behavior in accordance with established procedures.Communicate effectively with colleagues and internal users/customers.Maintain working level contact with customers, suppliers, and partners.Collaborate on analyzing user/customer needs and represent this in your work.Contribute fully to team efforts by appreciating how your role relates to others.Use discretion in resolving issues or inquiries, determining when to seek guidance in unexpected situations.Perform a range of work activities in varied environments.Plan your work within short time horizons.Demonstrate a rational and organized approach to work.Contribute to routine issue resolution.Your Experience Previous experience in Security Operations or a Security Operations Centre.Experience with common security tools such as EDR, SIEM, Vulnerability Management, CASB, and DLP.Bachelor's Degree.Professional certifications for platforms such as AWS, Azure, and the MS Security Stack.Experience in Fraud Management.Experience working in AWS or Azure cloud computing environments.Your Benefits We offer our valued team members a stack of exclusive benefits
