It's about going the extra mile, in the air and on the ground, to create authentic experiences that put our guests firmly at the heart of everything we do.The Role:The Customer Service Delivery Administration Coordinator plays a key business support role through managing the holistic success of the administration function across our ports by supporting the leadership team and crew with varied activities.As a Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for:Provide administrative support to management whilst maintaining full confidentialityScheduling, email, phone calls and requests as appropriateSupport Management Team with creation of relevant data packs, performance data and/or reports as required.Assist managers with routine approvals (e.g. leave, purchasing) and facilitate approvals from manager where requiredCoordination activities to support meeting planning and scheduling, agendas, minutes and action taking / action follow up.Maintenance of contact lists, distribution lists and organisation chartsFinancial administration activities such as creation of new suppliers in the system, raising and reconciling purchase orders and processing of invoices to meet payment termsSupport the coordination of team functions/events, public affairs / business initiatives and team member giftsCarry out relevant administrative tasks including ASIC, carparking, access control, system access, uniform, new hire onboarding and cessation of employment for roles within the airport.What you need to be successful:Natural ability to focus on attention to detailExperience working in a dynamic office/ corporate environmentExperience working with a diverse range of stakeholder groups (both internal and external) and assisting them to manage their competing priorities to achieve business goals and objectivesUnderstanding of the dynamics of airport operationsProficient in Microsoft suite of applicationsExceptional customer service skills and mindsetEquality rulesWe're all individuals.
