Learning & Development Partner

Your Role Work closely with key stakeholders and the HR team to design and implement engaging learning and development (L&D) programs, building a strong learning culture to drive engagement and the achievement of organisational strategy.
Key focuses: Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external, collaborating and consulting to deliver impactful learning solutions; Understand the organisation's current learning landscape, effectively identifying opportunities and strengths to build a learning road map, aligned with organisational strategy; Design, develop and facilitate engaging and practical learning activities to build both soft and technical skills.
Key priorities, leadership development, onboarding, compliance, individual development plans and career pathways; Lead value-add improvement projects utilising your industry expertise, driving both strategic and tactical activities.
About You Highly motivated and passionate about building capability, you thrive in an environment where you can take ownership and truly embed yourself.
Additionally, you will bring: Proven success in delivering impactful, end-to-end L&D solutions, ideally within an industrialised environment; Outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with a strong customer focus, allowing you to build trust and add value across diverse workforces; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in order to present conclusive recommendations and measure success; Enjoyment in working autonomously, taking initiative and ownership for your body of work whilst also contributing to a team environment.
