As the Residential Service Manager, you will oversee daily operations at the large Hervey Bay Aged Care Facility.
Your leadership will ensure person-centred care, continuous improvement, and compliance with accreditation standards.
Benefits : Salary of up to $185,000 plus superannuationFully maintained company car5 weeks annual leave with leave loadingOptional salary packaging, meal entertainment cards, and novated leasesPrivate health insurance discountsKey Responsibilities : Lead and inspire a team to deliver excellence in care.Promote wellbeing and improve the lifestyle of our clients.Ensure the financial sustainability of the facility, including maintaining occupancy and income levels.Deliver safe, reliable care and services.Monitor and evaluate care in accordance with business standards.Ensure staff compliance with business processes.Contribute to local business planning and strategic direction.Requirements : Possession of formal postgraduate qualifications in management is preferred.Experience in managing aged care facilities is advantageous.Demonstrated strength in leadership, communication, and management.Outstanding skills in time management and prioritization.Proficiency in understanding and addressing the concerns of clients and their families.Valid Queensland Driver's Licence.Certification in First Aid and CPR (required within one month of starting).Vaccination against Influenza and at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.Current NDIS Worker Screening Check required.If you're interested to hear more about this position then please reach out to Sean Vel for a confidential chat, or shoot across your resume to us and we will get in touch.
