Join our dynamic team at one of our Perth Metro South Concrete Plants and play a key role in Building Something Great.Reporting to the Plant Supervisor, you will be responsible for the efficient batching and loading of concrete, active participation in the day-to-day site operations, and proficient operation of both plant and mobile equipment.Your day will involve:Accurate batching of orders to specified mix designs with dedicated programs and systemsSafe operation of front-end loader to weigh up materials for batchingManaging day to day administration including stock control of raw materials and monthly forecastsParticipation in safety initiatives including pre-starts, toolboxes and incident reportingGeneral yard housekeeping and maintenanceWhat are we looking for?Interest in the concrete industry as full training will be providedSound computer skills working with multiple systems and safety reportingFlexibility and willingness to cover several responsibilities across the plant as requiredWhat's on offer?Permanent, full-time opportunity offering overtimeMonthly Rostered Day Off – 13 additional, paid days offAccess to a variety of support networks including Boral Employee Assistance ProgramWe provide a working environment that is safe, caring, supportive and dynamic with a clear focus on continually encouraging and developing its peopleGenuine career growth opportunities within BoralAbout Boral ConcreteAt Boral Concrete, we have more than 200 operational sites across Australia.
