Business Support Officer

Am I suited to being a Business Support officer with APM? The great news is the location you live and work from is flexible.
You can be based at any one of our APM Employment Services offices Nationally. Perhaps you are currently working as an Employment Consultant but would enjoy a role with more of an administration focus?
At the end of the day, we are open as to what industry you are coming from.
What's important is that you have high attention to detail and a passion for ensuring quality and integrity in everything you do.
Minimum Requirements: Strong administrative skills – previous experience with payments, payroll, and invoicing would be advantageous Good judgement and problem-solving skills Knowledge of Employment Services desirable Strong communication skills Excellent time management Ability to work autonomously and be managed remotely A typical week will involve: As a Business Support officer, you will be working in the Centralised Claims Unit.
This role will focus on managing risk when it comes to Employment and Education outcomes and processing claims in an accurate and timely manner to ensure all Departmental requirements are met.
Processing claims to ensure accuracy and compliance Stakeholder communication (internal and external) Provide support and guidance to staff at all levels of the organisation Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support contractual compliance and efficiency Complete all tasks accurately within specified time frames This is a full-time role working 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday What we do & how we invest in our staff: For more than 25 years, APM has been enabling better lives through employment, allied health intervention, community care, and workplace health services.
