Key ResponsibilitiesYour Mission, Should You Choose to Accept:
Embody a visual security powerhouse, lending your watchful eye to client assets.Provide patrons with a great shopping experience - observing and reporting, ensuring personal safety is paramount.Master the art of defusing tensions and keeping the vibe positive in the face of anti-social behaviour.Keep the records straight with incident reports and paperwork wizardry.Dive into investigations with passion, ensuring every detail is uncovered and reported.Shine with your top-notch customer service skills, treating clients and customers with fairness and respect.Stay cool under pressure and lead by example in implementing emergency procedures.Utilise your tech savvy with ease, navigating computer systems and communication tools like a pro.QualificationsWhat You Bring to the Table:
A current Security Licence and Cert II in Security Operations.First Aid Certificate.Full working rights in Australia.Retail experience.Strong communication skills in writing and conversation.Flexibility with wide availability, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.KnowledgeDetailed knowledge of the Site-Specific SOPs and Safe Work Method Statements.Working knowledge of the General SOPs Part 1.Detailed knowledge of traffic movements, other stakeholders contact details, and PPE.Awareness of site access including commuting requirements.ExperienceMinimum of 2 years general security experience and 1 year in retail security experience.Electronic reporting of shift logs and rostering access.Benefits & CultureHere's Why You'll Love Working with Us
