With our two market-leading brands, Creative Activation and Clemenger Field Marketing, we offer unparalleled sales growth for our clients via merchandising, sales teams, brand promoters, store trainers, mystery shopping, and auditing.Clemenger Group is an endorsed Work180 employer of choice, recognised for our commitment to helping women thrive by raising workplace standards.Job DescriptionThe RoleRepresenting Peters Ice Cream in the Independent Grocery space working across Western Sydney Metro, Regional NSW and ACT, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with stores and multi-site operators (MSOs) to drive distribution and sales to increase market share and category performance of Peters Ice Cream iconic brands using opportunity-based selling.Key Responsibilities:Growing distribution through selling of core and NPD productsNegotiation of greater shelf space in store to leverage market shareMaximising upcoming and current promotional activityDriving sales resultsDeveloping strong store relationshipsImplementation of Ice Cream layoutsReporting and providing feedback on key field insights and activityThe CandidateAt Creative Activation, we pride ourselves on a fantastic team culture.

They are not afraid to ask for help when things get challenging as well as reach out to encourage those around them.Key Selection Criteria:Relevant experience in field-based Sales or Merchandising roleFMCG grocery experience is highly favourable but not essentialStrong communication and negotiation skillsExcellent time management skills and a positive attitudeAble to work autonomouslyValid driver licence and reliable carAn attractive total salary package, including travel allowance is on offer.
This is an autonomous role with comprehensive training and in-field support.
It is a full-time Monday - Friday role.
Company provided iPad and iPhone will be used to report on tasks and plan your call cycle.
