Residential Site Supervisor

Bionic Homes is a successful bespoke builder based in Perth CBD, specialising in high-end residential housing, multi-unit developments, and small commercial projects.
A bespoke luxury builder, Bionic Homes is a small-scale company that puts its clients front of mind.
The company was founded by two engineers with years of experience in the Perth construction and stone manufacturing/supply industry.
The use of natural materials with quality craftsmanship to deliver high-end finishes is a hallmark of our projects.
Bionic Homes builds only a small number of quality homes and large renovations per year.
Due to ongoing successful delivery and increasing demand, we are looking to hire a construction supervisor to oversee our projects.
The role: Site based, typically within 15km of the Perth CBD Managing on-site tradespeople, ordering and deliveries Liaising with suppliers and clients Achieving quality, cost, and schedule outcomes Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations What we offer: Long term career prospects Opportunity to work on interesting and complex projects Being a key part of the success of a small business Company vehicle and fuel Laptop and phone What you will bring: Drivers licence and white card Recent experience in two-storey residential construction in Australia Experience managing multiple projects concurrently Understanding of construction drawings High standards of quality and attention to detail Good understanding of safety requirements Strong time management and organisation Problem solver and able to work through difficult situations Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with both clients and tradespeople Other experience which would be valued: Commercial construction Multi-residential or apartment construction Trade background, carpentry preferred Existing connections in the industry If you would like to apply, please provide your CV covering the above requirements and your rights to work in Australia.
