You will support a diverse group of patients dealing with various physical and mental health challenges, showcasing your dedication to patient safety and quality care.In this role, you will contribute to the promotion of evidence-based practices and support the development and evaluation of clinical pathways.
You will participate in healthcare planning, practice, and delivery in line with the National Patient Safety and Quality Standards.
Orientation and training will be provided, supported by the Health Service Manager and an onsite team that includes a full-time Clinical Nurse Educator and the multidisciplinary team.

You are a motivated Assistant in Nursing with strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
You are open to learning experiences and see them as opportunities to enhance your skills.
You have a strong focus on patient-centred care and integrate the principles of excellence into your practice within your scope of work.
You are able to deliver care within legal and ethical boundaries, supported by local and state-wide policies and procedures.
You act in alignment with the HNE Health Values Charter and NSW Health Code of Conduct.
You model behaviours that reflect the Excellence Framework (Every Patient, Every Time) and conduct your work in a way that embodies cultural respect, in line with HNE Health's Closing the Gap strategy.
Where you'll be working: Known as the 'nest in the hills', Quirindi is located in the picturesque Liverpool Plains, less than an hours' drive from Tamworth.

Requirements: Our successful candidate will possess the following:
Certificate III Assistant in Nursing or currently enrolled in an undergraduate Registered Nursing degree (completion of first year and first semester or trimester of second year) or have equivalent experience. Want to know more?
