Key responsibilities include:
Expanding and maintaining a database of licensed, values-aligned contractors.Onboarding contractors to meet compliance and service standards within tight timeframes.Building strong, lasting relationships through partnership meetings and tailored solutions.Driving marketing campaigns to grow our network of exceptional contractors.Ensuring contractor compliance with CBM's high safety, quality, and risk management standards.What You Bring Responsiveness: Ability to act swiftly and efficiently, ensuring all contractor inquiries and onboarding processes are handled promptly.Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to foster trust and collaboration including the ability to have firm conversations when required.Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with systems like Hubspot and SimPRO, with a willingness to learn.Problem-Solving: Creativity in addressing challenges and delivering proactive solutions.Team Spirit: A compassionate, respectful, and unified approach to supporting contractors and colleagues.Why Join Us?
