Complaints Management and Oversight (Referrals) Officer, Office of the HealthThe Complaints Management and Oversight Officer (External Referrals) is responsible for providing support to the Referrals team through the coordination, referral and monitoring of complaints and other matters between the Office of the Health Ombudsman (OHO) and other government entities such as Hospital and Health Services, Queensland Ambulance Service and the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission.
The role has a focus on liaison with other government entities and timely administrative duties associated with the referral and monitoring of complaints and other matters.
