Customer Service Assistant

Position : 2x PART TIME Customer Service Assistants Length of Assignment : 3 months (13 weeks) with a possible view to go permanent Days & Hours : 25 hours a week - 5 hours per day.
Ideal shift would be 9AM to 2PM.
Monday to Friday.
Flexibility around drop offs and pick ups for parents

Job Brief/Overview: Duties: As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll be at the forefront of all customer interactions, ensuring each interaction is handled with care and efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include: Answering and directing incoming phone calls with a friendly demeanor.
Handling complaints regarding services and providing effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Rebooking missed services promptly to maintain seamless operations.
Monitoring and responding to emails in shared mailboxes in a timely manner.
Booking scheduled services accurately and efficiently.
Resolving disputes Updating services with new information to keep our records current.

You should possess the following qualities: Previous call center experience or high volume call environment Proficiency with Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Familiarity with Salesforce Customer-focused with a passion for exceeding expectations.

A strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality.
Safety-conscious and proactive in maintaining a secure environment.
Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative.
Capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
