You will have plenty of opportunities to collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
In addition to providing manual therapy, the right candidate understands the importance of providing education and guidance to patients on their condition and treatment.
The right candidate would be open to contributing to the continuous improvement of our physiotherapy services.Skills and Qualities:Strong Clinical Reasoning and Manual Therapy Skills: To accurately diagnose and treat various musculoskeletal conditions.Communication and Empathy: Essential for building trust with patients, explaining complex information clearly, and providing compassionate support.Maintain detailed patient records and documentation in accordance with professional standards.Adaptability and Continuous Learning: Keeping up to date with the latest techniques and evidence-based practices in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.Current registration with AHPRA.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A passion for helping patients reach their health and wellness goals.Pilates certification or experience is a plus.Why Choose Us?At Manly Physiotherapy and Pilates, we believe in nurturing both our clients and our team.
