The RoleReporting to the Branch Manager, we are seeking an ambitious and motivated person to join the team in our Bairnsdale Branch.
You will need to be customer service focused, open to learning, and career-minded.
Duties include: Assist with customer enquiries face to face and over the phoneCounter sales including customer developmentFollow up and provide notification of outstanding ordersMaintain a professional store presentationAssist with receipt and dispatch of productsPick, pack, and deliver orders to customersStock managementRaise quotations and follow up on quotationsComply with company & customer QHSE standards & policiesContribute to continuous improvementRequired skills and attributes: Competent PC skillsProfessional personal presentationCustomer service experienceStrong attention to detailWillingness to learn new skillsIndustry experience is not essential; just a willingness to learn, confidence, and a desire to develop your skills and knowledge.
You will need to be able to perform manual handling tasks and be available to work some overtime.
A forklift licence is preferred but not essential.
